Yes, the creation of the woman was less grey, a bit more colorful. I think with the previous outcome I accidentally reduced the opacity of a layer.

And I did restart Gimp, several times, lula. The script is stil not working.

About the script "texturizer" : why don't you just call for help on the forum ... see if someone good at it, can work it out. For my part, there was again a misfonction this morning and then everything went back to normal.

Issabella, thanks for your comment. I first tried to make my outcomes with your tutorial, you know I like a bit of "handicraft"
But I had problems to change the settings of the G'mic Joan Rake filter, tried several times and then I gave up ...
BTW, can you save your own settings to use later?
Also your outcomes are very much to my taste, but I think you know that already

So, if I have any new graphic idea by chance, Diego will continue to create the effect in his beautiful filters.

As you know, Issabella is a "volcano" of ideas; she is ready to post a new process.
But she was clever in creating a specific thread dedicated to Watercolour paintings (digital), due to the extreme high level reached by Effect L/LA participants.
So there all the Watercolour Painters may continue adding their wonderful creations.
Being a specific thread also other digital procedures could be experimented, even if -IMHO- it will be very difficult to obtain soon spectacular results as those from L-LA process (personalized by each artist).
In any case it's important I think to explain to the visitors the technique(s) used, including manual steps of course, not only the filters used.

I don't prepare my images before applying the filter. I run the filter and then I play with the different layers, mode, opacity, duplicate ... It's different for each photo. It's a bit trial and error, or having good luck and become a very nice outcome.

My first outcome generated by the filter (yours are much better).
