Oh Dear....
Assuming you are using Windows and Gimp 2.10
Get the latest gmic_gimp_qt plugin from
http://www.gmic.eu which is
https://www.fosshub.com/GMIC.html?dwl=g ... _win64.exeThis is an installer, run it to install the plugin.
Get the 'fixed' plugin from
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18138#p248848Unzip BA_SpiderPaint-updated.zip and put BA_SpiderPaint.py in your Gimp user plugins folder
C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins
In use:
Open Image
Add an Alpha channel (if it needs one) Layer -> Transparency -> Add Alpha Channel
The plugin requires at least one transparent pixel, so select a tiny area with the rectangle select
Edit -> Cut then Select -> None.
Now you can start the plugin Filters -> Artistic -> Brian -> BA BA_SpiderPaint
Set your parameters, it is a very slow plugin.
