When I go to the "way back machine", on the glossary pages, only the "page 1" is saved. When you click for page 2, 3 ect. , it takes you back to 1. Any one know another source or save these scripts? Example: https://web.archive.org/web/20180415071 ... y/a?page=1

You must be mixed up somewhere, easily done. Try this from about 2016 https://web.archive.org/web/20160327213 ... my-0.8.zip

I was replying to your other post and do you know if your Windows 7 is a 32 bit or a 64 bit installation ? The latest astronomy plugin (s) is 64 bit and will never work in a 32 bit Windows.

That old astronomy version 0.8 is 32 bit but it is meant for Gimp 2.8 I have just tried it Win7 (32 bit) Gimp 2.8 (VirtualBox) and it does work. Might not be so easy if you intend to use Gimp 2.10

Hello Rich 2005. Thank you for your response to me. I have a custom built desktop with Windows 10 and an older lap top ( that was a great machine in the day and works perfectly 10 years later!). I had a few friends update to Windows 10 and have problems, so for the past 2 or so years, I still run Windows 7; no issues. My desktop was built with Windows 1O. I have 64 bit GIMP 2.10 & GIMP 2.8 and was thinking of getting an older 32 bit 2.6 to play with Mathmap. I found a site that has old versions of GIMP, but nothing for GMIC. Also my guess is that with the 64 bit GIMP, I can only use the 64 bit photoshop plug in installer and can only install 64 bit photoshop 64 bit plug ins. Many of the older freeware are 32 bit, so another reason to get GIMP 2.6 32 bit and use the 32 bit photoshop plug in installer. What I was referring to on the "wayback machine" is I can only get to the page #1's when going through the alphabetical glossary. Use this link as an example , and change the #1 to a #2. It states the page 2 was not archived. and if you use the glossary and click"next" or "page 2" it takes you back to page 1. Correct me if I am wrong on any of this. Thank you.

You are using the Internet Archive to search through registry.gimp.org and as you found that is broken. Because of that (almost) all the files are archived here: https://github.com/pixlsus/registry.gim ... .org/files

Do not bother going there, the place you should have started in the Internet Archive search is http://www.hennigbuam.de/georg/gimp.html

I did get round to trying the old 32 bit astronomy 0.8 version in Win 7 32 bit and Gimp 2.10.30 - don't bother it crashes. Ok with Gimp 2.8
