This plugin will create space stars and a earth like planet or other color planet. You can toggle the planet shadow of your preference and you have an option to create stars only. Please test it and show your results.

I like the planet and stars but when there's no shadow I thought the ice poles too strong. Maybe it would be nice to leave them on a separate layer to the user can adjust the opacity?

Also I wondered why the shadow choice isn't a PF_OPTION as only one applies?

Hi teapot, Thank you for your comment and recommendations.
I'm taking under consideration the user's choice on the Ice Poles Opacity. I'm considering to do the same with the Shadow having it less opaque.
For the Shadow, you have a choice to apply them or not. You can leave the the phases of the Moon options in the "No" position and the Planet will render without a shadow. Thank you once again for your input.

The problem with the planet is that it generates randomly and the preview will differ from the result (but probably acceptable?)

Soory MareroQ I thoght that when you made the "Preview windows" bigger on the Map object and other ".exe plugin" you were in C programming. My bad! I will test the plugin and let you know.
