GEGL is glowing in the dark and doing all sorts of cool neon effects with 9 BLEND MODES TO CHOOSE FROM! In this new filter I made inspired by trandoductin's Glowstick.

With the help of Gimp dev BarefootLiam, I figured out how to use Gimp blend modes in GEGL. These are the same blend modes that are used in the final blend mode that each GEGL filter has. We have Soft light, HSL Color, Grain Merge, Overlay, Burn, LCh Color, Multiply, Linear Light, and Hard Light.
















If you set the glowstick color to 0 you can add whatever blend mode or gradient overlay you want manually. This is best used for gradient overlays.

Custom Bevel, Color Lighting Fusion, Photo to Cartoon , Glow Stick and GEGL Effects have an emergency update.


If two filters have the same name of a blend mode enum list it will result in the blend mode switch option being hidden. Check these filters to make sure they have their blend mode switchers. Updating to the latest version solves the problem.

Glow stick just updated and now it applies to transparent images without giving them a color fill background.
