Sorry I wasn't paying attention. But can I extend Gimp 2.99 (portable) with the Gegl files posted here?

My Gimp-2.99.13 install grabs those plugins in the local folder too. :)

Not sure about Portable 2.99 but in my Gimp-2.99.15 nightly install i just need to open GEGL Operations from Filters>Generic> after it opens in the tool options dialog box (you need this open), then just left click anywhere on canvas (with a image loaded or text) and the GEGL dialog window with all the filters will open.

Okay i copied all the dll's from my gegl-4.0/plugins folder to Samj's Portable 2.99.15 with G'MIC
GimpEval-2.99.15-64bits-Win_GMIC-QT-GIMP\lib\gegl-0.4 folder...
Restart Gimp.
And they all now show by opening Filters>Generic>Gegl Operation
You will need to have tool options dialog open for this to work.
GEGL Operations will open in the tool options dialog now just left click on your image or text and GEGL filter dialog opens. :)
