Gmic- Wild Cartoonizer (yes.. another Cartoon Filter )

Believe or not this filter popped out by its own will, while i was trying to rmake something totally different..
It didn't ask permission to born... just popped out screming "look what a wild Cartoonist effect i am"

Maybe is the first filter that scream for help ... :gaah

For the same reason the filter may not support transparenncy

I make more then a dozems of preset for the filter i am uploading examples now (then the most boring part make sure that each example matchs its preset

i will add the link for the preset gallery in the first message
