With the addition of the new G'MIC Drop Water filter. I wanted to run your Water Drops Script Rel 4 on an image to compare the outcomes.

I received this error message while attempting to use the script on an image. I think It seems to be calling for a plug-in that I don't have.

Here's a screenshot of the error message and the settings used.

Here's the XCF of the image.

Displace variables in the code ran fine for me Wallace in GIMP-2.8.14 64 bit. If you are trying to run the script in GIMP-2.6 it is calling GIMP-2.8 procedures for displace and therefor throwing the error. Looks like you are using GIMP-2.8 so it should work ok.
Although it does keep the selection either ticked or not.

I'm using GIMP-2.8.14 64 bit. Even so I still get the error.
