Can you post it?
There is a Blinds Gradient.

Not sure if there's a script.

Unfortunately, no. I zipped the file, but the blinds.exe file isn't being accepted.

Okay never mind.
It is a plugin.

Yeah its a plugin. I had it once before but since the update to gimp 2.10.10, it's not there. Oh well. It would have been nice to use.

Maybe, you can send a message to Samj, who did many "port" of .exe files to Gimp 2.10

Blinds.exe is present, but it doesn't appear in the 2.10 filters Distorts menu.
It does appear in Gimp 2.8.

There are one or two old plugins that have been disabled from appearing in the menu but are still there. Blinds is one.

Use the forward slash key / to bring up the search, type in part of the name, see what comes up, click on what you find appropriate.

It's not there. I've checked. I put the blinds plugin in a folder within the plugins folder.

Edit: It comes up in the procedure browser after I had removed it. Even after I removed it, it still didn't come up in the search and Run a command box.

(1) Why would you want to move it? It is already in the main system folder. Why create problems for yourself?

(2) Not showing with the Gimp 2.10 search? Open an image first

Oh, I didn't realize it was in the main folder. I'll check again. I checked and it's there.

I picked up the suggestion made by rich2005 at gimp-forum.net, to use copy the old Blinds plugin from Gimp 2.8 and paste it in the Gimp 2.10 plugins profile folder. When I installed Gimp 2.10 I had already uninstalled Gimp 2.8 and rich2005 uploaded the plugin at gimp-forum. It worked and I have it in the menu; Filters> Distorts.
This is the link: https://www.gimp-forum.net/Thread-2-10- ... ght=Blinds
I hope this help you, Mackenzie.

Thank you, Pocholo. I found the plugin yesterday by doing what rich2005 suggested. I just have to remember to have an image open when searching for it. :)
