Issabella to get that result you ran the script twice I hope

Wallace to get the entire text or layer inside the frame it may be necessary to increase the frame size with the "Image Size Adj. (pixels)" setting

Thanks Graechan, I'm aware of this. What I did was intentional. :)

That's cool Graechan. :bigthup
I was playing around by adding different scripts to the wire effect, such as 3D extrusion.
I was going to move the extruded text below the wires and remove some parts of the wire that surrounded the extruded text. Then duplicate the extruded layer, move it on top and shrink it by half. Unfortunately I didn't do this. So the image stands as is.

Molly and Wallace it's been good to see people investigating the possibilities of the script :bigthup

With Rel5 you will need to have the scrolling script-fu-interface installed

Could you say the settings you inserted? I don't get a proper outcome. Thank you. :tyspin

Thanks Graechan.

@Issabella - it took me a few attempts to understand what was happening in the script. My 'Gollum thanks you too' post above is three separate images overlayed. First and largest is the pure text layer with two blank lines to allow room for the Gollum/ring images.

The other two use an image on a transparent background on a smaller canvas and then I process the Wire Art filter. Once completed I overlayed them and cut out holes in the text grid for each (fuzzy select/select invert - change layer and clear). I did not keep those particular images but here are 2 similar with the settings I used.

Issabella I hope that helps.

@Issabella and @Sallyanne - whilst I explained how I created my first Wire Art image, I do not want to sell Graechan's script short. Yes for my first attempts I added two wire art images manually to a third.

However, it is not difficult to actually incorporate those previous wire art images as an integral component of a subsequent wire art process. You can see the different wire sizes in the following image -

Terrific script again Graechan; thank you.
