I saved the mm to the Distorts filter as "PCs_Rounded_Prism.mm".

I hope the mm extension is correct?

i am confused about, in theory NO, it should be saved as mmc because is a composited filter
BUT if saved as mmc cause a parse error and no joy

saved as mm works fine so i think you did right , even if the matter is not too clear
