File “lib color-selector-lch.dll” should be copied to the subdirectory " modules ".
For example (XP):
c:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\.gimp-2.8\ modules
or
c:\Program Files\Gimp-2.8\lib\gimp\2.0\modules\

Oh, well....it didn't work for me (64-bit Win7/GIMP2.8). Is this one of those rare cases when 32-bit thing wouldn't work on 64-bit system? Or is it me doing something wrong?
