First of all I apologise to everyone for doing this, but I see no other option, and it's seems like the right thing to do to introduce someone new to this place.

But GimpTalk is miss-behaving again, so I'm posting it here instead.

I run it using a batch file (.bat) containing the following line:
Which is in the directory containing the files you want to process and create a directory called processed to put the resulting files into. I've done it this way because I have philosophical objections to overwriting original files.

Lyle, the site was up and I could post replies, but I couldn't attach a script file (or get a readable error message) and when I tried to post a listing inside "[" code "]" tags it changed my code, so no-go.
