I would like to try this plugin but it seems that is not available for windows, only for Linux.

http://nuvolagroup.blogspot.com/

I have installed the python file in my plugin folder but unsuccessful.
If somebody can give me a feedback about the plugin Nuvola Tools, I would not stay with this feeling of frustrating.

Well there is a LONG list of required package many for sure are also available for Windows

What i coloured in red should be not needed in Windows, are tool to compile or install under linux
Now the list is long, search risk so to be long, but if all that is installed too, it should work also on WIndows or even on Mac.

gimp_plugin_registry is a pack with selection of plugin/script available in Ubuntu (here there is some overlapping because several plugin /script included in gimp_plugin_registry are also quoted individually...maybe for Linux users that have something different from Ubuntu ?)

For the rest i see several plugin and scripts ,all working also in windows, some python libraries that too should be available

To be sure would be needed look that http://registry.gimp.org/files/nuvola-t ... nds.sh_.gz file that should contain not only the list below(from the author, copied from the Plugin registry ) but very important also the the version numbers needed

And hopefully also where Nuvola tools will expect to find all that dependencies , for script and plugin should be sufficient to have already installed,no problem
The other libraries are usually expected or in the same plugin subfolder or often in bin, or more seldom in lib..already quite a guesswork

and i have no idea for all that Python related things
