Inlayed text creates text with a selectable pattern inlay and a choice of backgrounds

Inlay creates from your selection or layer with transparent background a inlayed image with a choice of backgrounds and border

Thanks to Chris F for the tutorial I followed at youtube

For the default font I used 'Orbit Racer' also from Chris F at dafont Orbit Racer

I think it's really cool that you used Chris's Orbit Racer font as the default one in this script. As usual, a great script, Graechan! :yes :bigthup

O: that's fun :)! you're so good at finding your own unique twists to an effect.

Thank you AnMal. I used a dingbat instead of a regular font. Yours looks like inlaid enamel jewelry. Very pretty.

For anyone who may be interested, this is my latest inlay text effort. It is my version of Esper's Amber Text found on the Gimp Science Labs website. This was not done with a script, however.

Molly: Thanks. Esper gets the credit for it though.

Esper: Thank you. I learned most of the technique from your Ombre tutorial. When I made the gradient, I googled amber and was surprised at the number of hues it could be.
