What is: gimp.foebud.org? [SOLVED]

Does anyone know about, 'gimp.foebud.org'?
I was searching for MathMap info at DuckDuckGo. A few results had, gimp.foebud.org in the URL.

When I selected the first link I got a warning not to proceed.

The links had a green WOT icon so I thought it best to ask here first.
I went to the registry and searched for foebud.org with no results.
When you search at Google for gimp.foebud.org you get 68,000 results.

My guess is that link will give your computer a virus if you click on it.

That's why I was cautious and asked here. My first guess was someone might have spoofed the Gimp registry. DuckDuckGo only had 2 URLs, Google had 68,000 URLs. Google bots work fast so someone could have spoofed it and Google had it listed right a way. I hope I'm wrong.

WOT is usually pretty good at detecting bad and unsafe places. If it was green, my guess is it is okay.

Just the 'true" name of registry.gimp.org (they resolve to the same IP address)(likely the name or the registry server on its hosting site).
