White smoke on a white background perhaps?

Gimp 2.8.8 - Gmic 1.5.7.2 - PClinuxOS 32 bit

No need Graechan. Was just so used to having a dialog widget with your scripts is all. :)

Rod you only have a menu if there is options and in this script there are no options

Windows XP.
GIMP 2.8.8
G'MIC: latest version
My background is black. There's no error message. But the layer is empty after running the script "Path to smoke".

this might be a silly question, but if you are using a black layer, do you have white selected as your foreground color?

Did you create a two point path first?

Yes, I created two or more points of path. After to create the points, I need to make something before calling the script?

I believe you only need to create a new document then a new path and run the script.

That is very strange

The check list is very short
You have version 0.02 of the script
You have an up-to-date G'mic that works.

Might help - a video from my installation - only one minute, no audio

Thanks Rich 2005 and ROD. I make exactly the same you you've showed in video, but nothing happens. At the end, I have two layers not merged. One of them called smoke but empty.
