I've a problem with my gimp version.
Yesterday it seems that I got a bug and since (even after removing the soft and reloading it) I have not the possibility to adjust the selected tool. Can anyone help me please?

Usually tools come with 'tool options'. There is a separate dialogue for them that can be docked below the tool box.
You can however display which tools you want or don't want in the tool box by going to edit > preferences > toolbox.
If I have not explained what you want I am sure someone else will.

Windows>Dockable dialogs>Tool options

Once the dialog shows up you can "dock" it under the tool box by dragging it by its tab (and not by its title bar... this exactly like dragging tabs between windows in Chrome or Firefox)
