That's completely awesome Wallace. How much time do you think you have involved in this entire project?

Thanks Warrior. Over the past week, I'd say some 60+ hours was involved in making of all the letters. That's not counting the time spent making the brushes, so tack on another 30+ hours for that.

Wow man, that's crazy. Appreciate all your hard work.

Here's something!

Thanks everyone for all the kind words. ;)

BTW... the lowercase 'c' is/was backwards. I did that to the 'r' as well. :hehe

The '7' is going to remain as-is. BTW... I'm nearly finished doing the lowercase letters and hope to be able to post them some time tomorrow.
I also hope that 'Rod's' offer to assist me in making these letters a font, is still standing. ;)
Are you still on board Rod? :yes

You bet. :)

I love how you did the lower case w and m with handles and gauges.
I think you have a lot of talent for typeface making as well as other stuff. These are very nicely done.

Thanks Rod, I worked hard on this project and I'm happy that you didn't jump ship on me. :hehe

Wallace when will we be able to download your completed ttf and/or photofont files

Note! for grayscale, where you have used white, you could change to transparency

I still have to create some punctuations for the font. I didn't make any and now that's the only thing left to make. I'm also working with 'Rod', he's helping me out by make the ttf or photofont files. Once I make the basic punctuations, I'll hand it over to Rod to work his magic.
Having a ttf would be really nice, but even a photofont file would be great to have.
I really don't know very mush about the intricacies of creating real ttf's or otf's.

Wallace there are no ttf fonts with white in the color instead they use transparency so I thought I'd roughly change your dial to what I mean

Image

which would look like this against a white bkg when used in ttf font

Thanks Graechan for showing what it would look like. :coolthup I'm aware of this and already did a mock-up of what it might look like with Gimp.
I think it's a small detail that shouldn't take to much away if it were made into a ttf.

I really didn't plan on doing all this. I only had this idea for the brushes. Then I began playing with them and it evolved into this font. I wasn't thinking about making a font when I was making the brushes.

Awesome! Having this as a TTF would be great.

Nice work on this, Wallace!

I think what MareroQ meant was that he didn't want you to think he pirated your work by using Davids new extract objects script to extract your pipe images. :)
He wants a downloadable attachment from you so he feels better about using them. :bigthup
Maybe MareroQ doesn't know about the brushes you offered?
