ah come on Akros, i know you are good
this effect isnt really difficult - many layers or not

just rotating a shape and then filling selections with gradients
piece of cake ! ;)

I agree! Also did not know which file to download or how would install later. When in doubt, I used the rotate tool manually.

Esper,
This is a recurring problem in my results. I change settings without registering the steps, and then I can not reproduce them.
In these examples changed many times the modes of the layers, and also different gradients.
I tried to reproduce the effect, but could not.
I change the settings so that when I find a good result, do not know how I got it. :(
I think the mode substract used on the same image that generated the big red above. But there have preserved the images.
I know nothing methodical ...
