download of the day
Paint on your effects! - pretty cool :)

I downloaded it and it allows you to use PS filters and a whole bunch of other filters pre installed to create some nice results. This is pretty nice for free.

Did you choose multiuser folks? (not single user)
It worked fine for me.
I opened the zip - inside was a
text Readme file with instructions for entering the user and reg key

I ran the installer and it unzipped a setup file.
I ran the setup and clicked on multiuser
Added my key and user name and it registered. =)

Ok, here is what I did, for a registration name, I typed in Giveawayoftheday.....

For a code, I typed in the long number starting withDFF75FB1CEB8275641821B-----------
You can't copy and paste it in, it wouldn't let me. I had to put it manually......
It worked. woo hoo :jumpclap :clap :tyspin :coolthup :wh

Glad to hear it Molly.
I just went through all the pre-installed filters...wow!
Plus if you open any image and click the filter window until you see a window with a outlet plug in it.
Image
Click that preset window and a list of presets will open.
Image
Click a preset in the list and click apply - the preset will load
Soon a window will open with an ok on it click it and your ready to paint on the effect!
What i like about this program, is that you can apply the effect anywhere without making a selection. =)
Click the little plug icon on the top/right and you can load any PS filter into it.
Image
Just click the folder underneath the window and browse to one of your 8bf's. - nice!

I haven't been in the photoshop part of it yet but I have tried a lot of the filters going down the line. I didn't see the red eye one yet. It keeps locking up on me and I lose everything. I think I will reboot to see what happens. Yes, it is very interesting so far. thanks Rod.

It's ok I guess. It applies the selected filter to a copy of the image in memory, and then when you paint the image, it basically substitutes one for the other. It's like duplicating a layer, applying a filter to the bottom layer and then using the eraser tool on the top layer. It's really not much more than that. Glad it was free, because I'd be disappointed to buy it.
