Some prints that will go up for sale at the local flea market at the end of the month. The cats are photo manips and the space scenes are original design by me. Thought you all might enjoy these.

Love all the pics, always been a fan of your space art. Can't see any reason why these should not sell.

ek22: so nice to see you post some pictures again, seems like a long time? i'd definitely want to buy any of the cats, they are pretty fantastic - favourite is the fire cat, but i'd really want them all. your space scenes too are beautifully done, but i think the compositions are a bit too centered and the two first ones slightly too busy for my taste - that is all it is, though, a matter of taste.

Hey yeah, I'm kinda cyclical in my wandering. I never stray too far though. I kinda tend to agree with you on the busy pics and stuff, I just can't bring myself to do empty space. I like a lively scene and maybe that's a bit of a detriment. Who knows, maybe as time progresses and I get it out of my system, I might find a balance in my space.

I like the last two the best, the leopard and the space scene directly above it.
You've got a good way of doing space scenes, they always turn out well.

I like them all. Especially the space art. I have one of my own on my desktop at the moment but it is not as good as these.

The sad thing is, they're not even super advanced. I don't consider myself an expert, not by a long shot. Like AnMal already said, my layout needs work and I tend to still make my scenes too busy. But from a technical standpoint, there's not a whole lot going on. Some noise, some creative layer masking, some overlaying, colors and map to object. It's really beginner level stuff. I used to use renders from apophysis to make the nebulas, but this comp I'm on now is so slow I can't wait all day for that to happen. So I shifted my focus to solar bursts and pulsars. It's all good.

A lot of inverting and gradient mapping going on there as well as dodging and burning. I don't even really remember all the steps.
