letterpress effect

is it possible to make letterpress effects in libreoffice?
like what you see here
I wanted to use it for a power point Presentation.
or will i have to make them in gimp first?

This is a strange request, can't you do the image in gimp then copy and paste to libre office

that's what i'm trying to find out,i've never made a power point presentation before this will be my first time
i'm kinda learning it as i go along
