Grabbed these two stills from today's time lapsed video of my garden pond today to share with you chilly northern hemisphere folks.
First is mother Magpie showing this year's youngster the delights of bathing amongst the fuschia flowers.
The other is a couple of juvenile Rosellas.
Peace!

Lovely. I like some of those unusual birds (they're probably quite normal to you). We used to have a zebra finch when I was a teenager - really cute but really noisy!

The rosellas look like eastern rosellas to me...we get a few of them here but not the crimsons.

Hi akky,
The Fuschia's do alright in my area, but soon it will get too hot and they suffer through the long dry summer.

These are some more spring bulbs that appear early October amongst the grass.
They are only tiny, not sure what they are called, but I like their delicate blue flowers!

Peace!

Beautiful! It gets much too cold here for Fuschia's unless you bring them inside for fall and winter.
