Here the most trivial code never written for Gmic :hehe
Its basic uses :
1)play as a Magician :lol
2) correct crop errors in Renders

This was already possible with gimp without any need of additional filters ( just by deleting or filling with white the alpha channel)...but is far to be know by most users

It was fun and easy to wrote and anyway may be useful to correct badly cropped render..

no options just click Apply or OK for the result..

.Don't trust the preview (that for unknow reasons will show as transparent or as solid black the area that the filter will resurrect)

#################################################
#@gimp Resurrect from Transparency : gimp_resurrect, gimp_resurrect
#@gimp : note = note ("This filter may resurrect what erased to full transparency")

gimp_resurrect :
-repeat @# -l[$>]
-split_opacity -keep[-2]
-endl -done
################################################

again don't trust the preview

OOPSS sorry i don't need any help (except to know what i did wrong for thew preview) i simply posted in the wrong board

BTW if was somebody else filter i would have suggested instead then brutally strip away the alpha channel to fill it with white (same result but the image will remain RGBA instead then be forced to RGB)...but the only command relate to channels i know is that one

, to be honest i wrote this simply to to play as magician with a couple of visitors (he did a photomontage but his girlfriend was upset by the horrible crop he did to her curly hair ...you know how hard may be crop curly hair...)
