I have never heard of Terragen and Project Dogwaffle before so off to Google I go to see what they are, lol. Anyway, keep up the good work. :hi5

The spheres are AWESOME! I've never seen that font before. It really adds to the spheres.

Lots of color in the background for my taste, but the effects on the spheres is very good!

Just in case I clarified that I was referring to the background of the image. The colors in the spheres are very well!

I think the background colors take away from it, the effect is cool I think if it was darker with maybe some noise for stars it would fit better.
Just my own silly opinion though. xD

. it may be a bit too bright as a background but on the other hand i like it that the colours of the spheres and text almost blend in with the background - depends on how much you want the reader's to work for themselves

I choose the second too. In the first the colorful background caused that the excellent text effect lose prominence :bigthup

hmmm.... i vote "neither of the above". the first one is lovely but the text drowns a bit, so if you want the viewers to focus on the text that's not perfect. the second has colours that don't really compliment the spheres in my opinion. the speheres and text stand out clearly but the colours just don't sing. i'd either just subdue the colours a bit on the background of the first one, or loose the transparent swirls in the second and make it a bit more saturated.

How did I miss this thread; must have been on one of my weekend work stints. Very cool result Conbagui. I recently looked into Terragen (thinking if may be cool to try to do some anthropomorphic landscapes with it; not sure if you could or not though) but still cheap I am. Have Oloneo, Filterforge 3.0, and Terragen in my sites and may actually buy one of these for my Christmas gift to myself this year. lol
