Flagged As A Spammer On The Registry

So, I went to update an entry on the registry to reflect changes to a new version of one of my scripts, but I was flagged as a spammer. I couldn't edit anything. I was told to report it, but there was no link to click on and I didn't see any way to report anything to anyone. :yell

Oh, well. C'est la vie!

I don't know if that's strange or not? I keep hearing, the last few years, about people having issues with the Gimp Plugin Registry.

Back in the day, my scripts used to just disappear off there. I have no luck with that site. Guess I should just stick with GIMP Scripts. :hehe

It might be a good project for Summer of code students. There is nothing wrong with Drupal it's their database that seems to be the horror show.

I noticed the same thing. Apparently it's triggered if you try to post any images on the description, because it let me post just fine without images. Weird.

I think you're correct about this. It was images within the "summary" area though, not the description. I had posted images there previously and was only trying to update the text, but it wouldn't let update the text, until I removed the images I had previously posted. Seems strange they flag you as a spammer, if you try to post images in the summary section. Yet, links are OK there. Go figure. :roll:

Whatever! As long as I know what the rules are, I can work with it. :hehe
