Just want to get it going, sorry xx

Un install GMIC via the Control Panel>Add Remove Programs.
REMOVE or RENAME the zlib1.dll file in your PLUG-INS folder. You only need the one in the BIN folder for GIMP to run.

Re install GMIC.
Restart GIMP

Hi and thanks. I think I just might have had a bit of a break through as well myself.
I watched a youtube video and it showed how to download the GMIC, I watched as I thought I might learn something. I found out how to check the operating system.. I believe I downloaded the 32bit and now I learn I have the 64bit, do you think this could be the problem?? And re-installing the correct version might just help!!!

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think you can use 32 bit in a 64 but not the other way around.
The is two links in this about running 32 in 64 and running 64 in 32.

Good news and bad news...
I re-installed GMIC and its all working, so that's great. Still cant get mathmap going again tho. I tried removing the prog, but still the same... any ideas, please?
The error message I get is (0xc000007b) which I had before on the GMIC but now on the mathmap.
Thank you all for your help and patience x

I have more possible duplicate DLLs for you to search for.
These are the DLLs MathMap uses.
libfftw3-3.dll
libgsl.dll
libgslcbles.dll
libgslcbles-0.dll
libgtksourceview-2.0.0.dll

Here is some good MathMap info, Subject: mathmap.

It is a scm (script) After you extract it, place it in your name scripts folder.
