Glad you like ... i got a lot of cool svg and dingbat to play with
Thinking better i don't need a gun to characterize the Bad Guy ... just the posture the nose and the chin may suffice , let's try

Image

PS
the bad dude with dark intentions may even have a evil looking snow-bike ...something simple maybe something as

Yes was Gmic Eges Offset i want to try with wrapmap too ;the 2 extremes of the line should coincide but doesn't happen always with Gmic so i want confront

Back to the Optical Biker series , here i didn't change the facial expression ,....humm it could sound weird "facial expression" if referred to shadows or silhouette , but i just show that is possible:
even if you can't see the lips and a eyes of the Bad Dude with sky, still somehow is clear that is a Bad guy, i found really interesting modify "expressions " of shadow

It is a old art know in Europe as Asia , the actor are shadows , shadows of real mime or dancers or shadows of muppets , very ancient art still continuously renewed .

This ,regarding the expression and even the shape is the closer to the original

first on a black background

Image

Did you noticed how much the 2 tiny details i added to modify the expression add flow and complexity to the concentric lines inside ?

i believe this could be a nice brush, but still i forgot to check if bw brushes must have white or transparent BG so i upload the png
(with transparent BG , so if white is needed would be sufficient pace a white layer below )
Image

PS i believe that with this kind of images Rod embrodery filter would have a cool effect

Once was a wall , a black wall ,on the wall 2 line_art lizard

Image

Line_art lizards leave very curious footprints

Image

lizards don't speak and seldom write, to communicate they prefer weave concentric pattern
