Although I can't assist with how help pages are assigned, you need to know that Tk is a language for creating graphical user interfaces and your window only has a title of "tk" because the script author hasn't assigned a title to their window.

Usually Tk goes with Tcl, (as Tcl/Tk) but here you're probably using Tkinter which is the Tk module for Python.
