Thanks. Added the .xcf to the OP. Here's the font I used: http://www.dafont.com/movie-star.font

Chromed the star font, and extruded it was the main thing. The .xcf is pretty self explanatory. There's 2 drop shadows, one for the extrusion, and one for the main star font. Gives it a bit more separation and depth.

I like how the fade on the extrusion is dark to light, and the stars are the opposite.

I like the extrusion effect you got with the stars. Nice idea! I was able to get an interesting effect by extruding a pattern with holes in it.

The overall design is unmistakably, your distinctive style, which I think is a good thing. :bigthup
