There's this Firefox add-on extension named, "Personas Plus". This extension lets you use your own images to display as a "header" and "footer" on your web browser.

Here's a header and footer that I made for my browser.
This is the "header" imager...

This is the "footer" image.

This is what it looks like in my browser...

You can get the Firefox add-on here... https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... us/?src=ss

And the documentation for creating your own "header & footer" can be found here... https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/themes

It's really easy to do and a lot of fun. I have several of them that I've made and use from time to time depending on my mood.
Just take a look at the "header & footer" documentation, install the "Personas Plus" add-on extension and you'll be on your way to having your own art displayed in your web browser. There's also many other headers and footers you can chose from that other people have made.
I think the best thing about this is, that you can use your own art work to decorate your web browser.

No I've not got it yet. I thought I'd be able to load any old theme into the browser just to test out how things look, but it appears that they will have to be uploaded first. Better try to make something half decent first before I try that.

Not enthralled with the 300k size limit for an image that is supposed to be 3000 X 200 pixels. It's making it difficult to create something I can stand looking at every time I open a browser. :gaah

I thought about that too, but I just made what I did without looking at it's size.
You can create more then just a single image. I've made a whole bunch and change it whenever I want.
I just think it nice and fun to see my owe art work on the browser.

I made these a few years ago, I didn't keep making them mainly because I forgot my passwords, and the image can be big but it always cut off on my screen so I just gave up after a while. xD

I made a few of these back in the day, they're probably floating around somewhere, and they were all pretty crappy anyway...

The novelty value wears off quite fast IMO... the interface of any software you use regularly should be simple, minimal and clear, not flashy and colourful.
