Ok, i've done an animated brush before,
here.
I did the same with random strawberry pictures; attached XCF
I created GIH by following the same steps;
But the brush doesn't print random images, just the first.
At the same gimp instance I'm trying other animated brushes, but they work as expected (i.e. print random images),
e.g. my own "tapuz" brush, and an animated pepper and a random vine leaves that were posted in these forums
What am I doing wrong?
more details:
- I created the XCF using "open as layers";
- Before that I downloaded random images and resized their canvas with imagemagick, something like:
convert fname.png -background transparent -extent 200x240 fname-sized.png
- I have 2 gimp installations: 2.8.10, and 2.9.1 - both with the same behavior.
- In Gimp, when I click
and hold the brush icon at the brushes selection, i DO see random strawberry images, same as with other animated images
