I believe it was CELTIC101 from dafont. They have a few celtic and knotter fonts.

This is a poster made by my 6yo for his sports team. Made by him, with very little guidance from me. I think it deserves a little recognition. :)
A wise eye might recognize it uses one script, curve bend and a ping pong ball brush with reduce opacity.
