I have tried quite a few times tonight to replicate what I did but haven't quite got it. Any one else is welcome to try.
Be a lot easier if XCF's had 'properties' for layers.
I can only tell you the basics.
I created a new image size 637 x 323
Filled with a pattern and then ran default perspective.
Added text - layer to image size and brought down just below the centre.
Alpha to selection
Then a few layer effects.
Drop Shadow, Inner and outer glow, pattern overlay default, I used the same pattern I did the background with, Pillow emboss, Inner Bevel.
Outer Bevel which I do know sort of. Up, depth 15, Size 48 and soften 4.
I also embossed it last.
Many of the settings were default but I can't remember all of the ones I changed, or to what.
