It seems Gollum has been ejected from Parliament for impersonating a politician; most of us think about 300 other members should also be ejected for the very same reason!!

So Gollum took an early flight up to Akky territory (not to help in the coming election!) and then went to the Great Barrier Reef. He apparently told the safety in structors he needed no special equipmemt for diving as he had his own 'air bubble'. He soon became the centre of underwater attention and even saw fish created from Molly's brushes - looks like he is planning more mischief.

Gollum is really moving at a pace now right down the coast to Tasmania, where he wanted to visit Cradle Mountain and what he was told was its 'magical' lake - well it must certainly have cast a spell on him because he decided to test out its properties and took a dip ... and he grew and grew and grew ...

@Graechan - I am treating your comment as a request ;) and with Sallyanne based in Adelaide it seems that Gollum somehow managed to get a BBL stint as a wicket (wicked??) keeper for a team playing the Adelaide Strikers at the new Adelade Oval the other night.

At least that 'keeper' role seems to match his natural gait (I could not imagine Gollum trying to bowl) and he even put on proper keeper's gloves if nothing else.

Image

Graechan I am not aware if he 'caught his precious' :)

P.S. for all those who have no idea about cricket ... just enjoy Gollum!

This series is irresistible, it is a journey full of humor, the necessary suite for the fans. I expect everything during the visit of Tiffany's jewelry.
Thank you OMG ! :bigthup

Well thank you Fran6, I appreciate your comments - you must have already known that a trip to Tiffany & Co in Melbourne had been arranged for Gollum when he got back on the overnight boat from Devonport after his adventure in Tasmania.

Apparently Gollum also wanted us to know he is a bit of 'ladies man'. He was wooing his 2 escorts on the horse carriage ride to Tiffanys and even tried to impress them with his 'chameleon' trick, trying to match his skin colour to that of the carriage, when he posed for the obligatory photo.

Image

But it was just after that when something strange happened; high inside the Tiffany & Co entrance a strange light started shining and Gollum immediately jumped out of the carriage, pointed at the entrance and turned to the official trip photographer, mumbling something about precious ...

Image

To be continued ...

Gollum immediately rushed inside the Tiffany & Co jewelry emporium, leaping over the security gate and brushing aside the attendants protests. Gollum started to chase this vision of his precious, but it kept moving erratically around the store.

Sometimes he managed to get very close but then his precious seemed to materialise into something that was not his precious ...

Image

... then it would start moving again across the ceiling of the shop until it stopped and dropped down, sitting tantilisingly on a display counter; Gollum crept up, peeked around a corner and gleefully came across it again ...

We have got nothing from Gollum to post, but an image was sent to us from 'Precious'.

Appaerently using its hypnotic magical powers, it has ensnared Gollum, converted him to a 'golden bust' and now he is on prominent display at Tiffany & Co inside a faberge egg style cabinet.

It was very lucky for Gollum that the wizard Gandalf was looking out for him and was able to rescue him from the spell of the Ring that entrapped him at Tiffany & Co.

Gandalf strongly advised Gollum to stop pursuing the ring and to get back to enjoying his tour of Australia. (wow ... I am posting this at 05.45 and the Kookaburras are singing/laughing their heads off in the trees just outside!!). Anyway it looks like Gollum took the advice seriously and he has moved on to celebrate Australia Day in the 'centre' visiting Uluru, where he has renewed his ties with the native fauna.

Image

He says that this picture should become Australia's new coat of arms!
