My first animation was a red ball on a white background, just going up and down. This is alsready more than my first. You have a great starting point. Keep on going!!

but idk wut to do with the animation thingy so i mean i already know the basics but what to do with it to get more advanced

Great start-off in sequencing images!

To make it more advanced -
You could add more detail to each image in the animation, such as a facial expression.

You can save your animations as a GIF and re-open them in Gimp to edit them. :)
