Hopefully dinasset would have got a better result with the original. I noticed straight away there was no blue in the water.

This is the result if the top layer is set unvisible (where strong curves are applied), so that only the pointillistic effect is shown.

Very easy to get, for those who -like you and many others I suppose- do not like the "forced" effect of the curves.
I posted the result as it comes out with the curves applied because it's my taste, maybe only MY taste...

Thanks for commenting Sallyanne, I used the original, the effect Ofnuts complains is due to the last step of the filter as explained above.
BTW there is no blue in the original photo also.
