GIMP Version: 2.9.4
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User


Hi,
I've been using GIMP 2.8 for several years, but have been wanting to use the development version 2.9. I was excited to see the new additions that came with 2.9.4 this past summer, and heard from several sources that a windows installer was in the makings, and was due to come out at around the end of September. However, I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Nor have I been able to find any reliable/recent instructions on how to build from the source files on Windows. Anyone have any information on this?
