Yay, my first custom font, Techno PCB. Small letters create green PCB, capitals red.
Sample with 250px size, was made in 290px. If you go too small details will be lost.

although I am partial to "technology and science fonts",

Sometimes (not always) there is a small (1px) transparent gap between letters. If this happens use a small negative value (-5 or -10) for the letter spacing.
