I don't think it is Gimp. It is the Window's browsers. I tried apng before and it would not work. I have Safari on my iPad and it works there.

Anmal - enjoy the brushes.
Something a bit different inspired by Ella's post in Gimp Learn of the polar bear. Right in the centre of Australia 'Kati Thanda' (Lake Eyre) is a wondrous, magical ever changing location and part of Aboriginal 'dreaming'. Sometimes it turns pink and brings the stories of Aboriginal dreaming to life. The little girl came from

Not too full of ideas today but after seeing what some have done with their mailboxes, I put this together. Made a brick column, put marble top on it, put a mailbox front and flag on front of tree stump which the top part is a flower pot. Not exactly like the ones I saw but did not want it to be as I am making it. Public domain picture of house for a background.

Nice creation, Pat.
But I do not understand the white "cover" (see attachment):
- if it is a flat cover, perspective is wrong (...hehehe, you know me!)
- if it is not flat but as a roof, the vase can't stand

I knew I would get a comment on that! I kept changing it and could not get it right. Finally, I gave up. It is supposed to be a flat top on the brick base to hold the flower pot mailbox combo. I saw a few similar to this and tried to duplicate it. I figured that you would catch it, and hopefully show me how to fix it. I have trouble negotiating the perspective tool when trying to fix the angle on something.

Thank you, Dinasset. It is below the vanishing point and I am looking down at it. I did not taper the top back slightly as you did. Thank you for the information that you provided. I will certainly use it.

This one is to say thank you to
GIMPER66 for providing some inspiring graffitti/spray painting animations -
Fri Jul 28, 2017 6:41 am
Hi OMG. I quite like the spraypaint animation. Interesting thats its a PNG? At 4.6Mb its fairly big for fast page
loads but the quality is better than GIF and the net is slowly getting faster. I'm always looking for formats that are better quality than GIF but can be viewed on all browsers.
On another topic you mentioned MONA in Hobart. I have not visited it yet because I live at the other end of the island and struggle with the idea all of this stuff is 'art'. I agree with John Olsen that this years Archibald prize winner is rubbish. I think most of the stuff uploaded to Gimp Chat is better quality than some of the stuff masquerading as 'art' today.
