I have the next Error ( I upload a Photo )
when i open Gimp Portable 2.9.8 from Mr. Parth site ( https://www.partha.com/ )

Probably:

1. The installation location - could you not find anywhere more complicated? - joking, but always wise to install somewhere sensible.
2. Launching the Partha Gimp 2.9 portable version - use the launcher

I have the Error again.

You may try writing a message to Partha, to check whether he can identify the problem.

Very difficult when the error is not easily reproducible.

Just the checklist once again

- launch gimp with portgimp-2.9-std.exe
- open the image
- start gmic from the bottom of the filters menu.

..and that gives you that error message. Is that correct.

Do you have any other versions of gmic installed? Maybe from an existing Gimp 2.8 installation.

I ask this because top of your error message is the line gmic_gimp_qt.exe but as far as I know gmic in the portable version is called gmic_gimp.exe and located in the application plugins folder
