Hi guys,
Is there any way to run the iWarp plugin (plug-in-iwarp) from a command line?
Or any alternatively way to do wrap and pinch by a command (another plugin/scheme maybe?) ?

Thanks,
Adir Kol,

I don't know the answer to your question. Are you aware that the link you posted is hijacked to a Facebook login screen?

No. IWarp can only be run interactively.

You could use the Whirl and Pinch plug-in:
Distorts the image by whirling and pinching, which are two common center-based, circular distortions.  Whirling is like projecting the image onto the surface of water in a toilet and flushing.  Pinching is similar to projecting the image onto an elastic surface and pressing or pulling on the center of the surface.

Your link requires a Facebook app which requests permissions and access to a user's computer. I wouldn't trust it and nothing is wrong with me. Why do you need a Facebook app to run behind a link without informing users of your original application? Why approach things in this manner?

i believe there is nothing wrong with the app ,except that should be a line of text to explain that the app should connect with the computer and why....a a bottom to accept or deny

since i use noscript FF extension i have the equivalent, i could always deny or accept scripts, except that is hard to decide if there is no info of what a script will do , and how.

Exactly! A total stranger with a Facebook app hiding behind a domain link and people just should automatically trust it without asking questions? Come on!

My granddaughter had over 300 viruses from Facebook apps, which I had to clean from the computer, twice. My daughter has banned her from using Facebook on the laptop because of it. To expect anyone to just blindly trust you or your applications without offering any information or background, is to me, considered malicious. Especially if your response is hostile, rather than explanatory.

Since the link had nothing to do with his request, it has been removed.

Solve your granddaughter problem by yourself, it has nothing to do with my facebook application...
If you don't have any relevance to my question, please don't spam nonsence.

Thanks, I shall try it.

That problem is solved. Don't trust every Facebook app that comes along.

And please don't expect random strangers to trust your Facebook links. As for what constitutes spam, that's up for debate. Spam certainly isn't calling into question the validity of Facebook applications that have been known to spread viruses and malware globally across platforms via Facebook lists. I'll comment on that as much as I wish to - without your input (or until admin says otherwise - by closing the thread or banning me).

The link has been deleted because:

  1. The link went to a Facebook login screen.

  2. There's no way to tell if it's a real Facebook login screen or a phish collecting email addresses and passwords.

  3. The link could be totally innocent but we have no way of verifying that.
