stroke selection with simulating brush move

Hello,

I had stroke selection to my pictures with brush move many times. But I can not do it anymore in 2.10.4 version. I attached the picture, how can I do it?

Is that GImp? I don't recognize the interface.

In addition, the common language here is English, perhaps you could switch your Gimp to work in English for the time you take a screenshot.

My guess, it is a screenshot of a web page, opened in Gimp and OP wants to either:

Stroke selections in the style shown, in which case it is some sort of brush dynamic, but I am not sure how to get that exactly.
or
Not use that style, get back a normal outline.

Paintbrush: Force = 100 Fade length BIG (5000) I would set Blend color space to Linear seems to work better.
