Bruno (Flickr) shared with me the artist, Visothkakvei, that makes these type of renders. Thought I would take both PicPaks and G'MIC's Pack Sprites to see if I could come close and this is the result. :)

PicPaks is good at the large shapes but doesn't pack close as Pack Sprites can. Pack Spites has problems with embedding objects within bigger ones that I don't like. Synergisticly combining the two gives the best results, IMO. :)
