GIMP scripts and plug ins

Is this site (GIMP scripts and plug ins)working at all as I am getting a message saying it can't be reached...secondly I would like to ask if the 2.8 scripts and plug ins will work on 2.10

The only way I been reaching the Site for some scripts and plugins is through a recording website called "Wayback Machine". Here try this: https://web.archive.org/web/20171019114 ... on-pug-ins
