Okay so...someone gave me their old tablet (yah another one! I went from nothing that worked to 2! XD) and I wanted to test it out to see if it worked on my laptop but its got a problem...I gotta uninstall my Bamboo tablet and it refuses to uninstall. LOL

I used the disk to uninstall that didn't work, I went in to control panel to uninstall and nothing happens when I click uninstall. So when I tried to install drivers for the "new" tablet they don't work right because it shows another tablet is installed.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

~ Moko

What OS are you running, Moko? If Win10, you should be able to right-click and remove device. :)

There is a program called Revo Uninstaller that may be able to uninstall it for you.
Just be sure to get the Free Version.
Here is a link below.

It could be,
that the uninstall file is missing,
or corrupt in some way.
You can try and reinstall the tablet software form the disk.
Once reinstalled,
try to uninstall it.

If this doesn't work.
You can try and disable,
or uninstall the tablet's driver,
from within the Device Manager itself.

Once the driver has been disabled,
or uninstalled.
You can attempt to install the new software.
To see if it takes.

If none of this works.
I suggest you try the Revo Uninstaller software.

How about Control Panel->System->Device Manager?
Could be under "Mice and other pointing devices"
If it shows, unplug the tablet first. Then right-click the entry in device manager and uninstall driver.
Download driver/software from the tablet manufacturer site, and install it before plugging the tablet.
