A last play with picture to line art. I added the original as a new layer in LCH Colour mode.

Lightened the darkest parts. Increased saturation in the low saturation areas and a lesser increase in the medium regions.

I have tried to equalize the lighting levels and again used my Saturation HML plug-in to raise the saturation where it was low.

An attempt to show the incredible detail in the carving. I made a new layer, used High Pass and put the layer in Vivid Light mode. Saturation HML again.

Thank you so much Dinasset, David, teapot and Lyle. Your interpretations are instructive. I try to learn it, but you are really masters in it. :tyspin :clap
These photos are only curiosities, so I took them to remeber it.
Curiosities of the ruins of the Roman amphitheater (Seville)
The footprints of the gladiators when they entered to fight and emerged victorious.
The bathrooms that were also meeting rooms.
What happened in the events of Roman society when they ruled Spain.
They gave culture, architecture, sanitary facilities, roads and water pipes. So, Spain benefited greatly from them. :)

Lovely photographs, but to my eye, too contrasty and over-saturated.
So the same treatment for all three - contrast mask followed by saturation HML plug-in.

The first of the three is beautiful, with the perfect reflection in the water.
I noticed that there was banding in the sky, so that was disguised with a blur.
Increased the saturation of the landscape and it's reflection using Saturation HML plug-in.

@dinasset. Definitely in "full flow"!

I seem to be making increased use of my Saturation HML plug-in. It was created just for the challenge of writing it and completed with much help from other people. However, I am finding it increasingly useful - used on all three of these images.

IMG_0702. Rotated 2 degrees clockwise. Increase of saturation in the low saturation areas and used the same mask to increase contrast with curves.
20% reduction of saturation in medium.

Attachment:
IMG_0702_1.JPG
IMG_0702_1.JPG [ 2.8 MiB | Viewed 342 times ]

IMG_0965. Cropped to a more panoramic aspect. Increases of contrast. Increase saturation in low, small increase in medium.

Attachment:
IMG_0965_1.JPG
IMG_0965_1.JPG [ 1.5 MiB | Viewed 342 times ]

IMG_1073. Eq Luminosity Masks to modify contrast and brightness in various parts. Increase of saturation where it was low.
