Yes, that purple one is an Iris, Dutch or Bearded.

The bottom one looks like an Easter lily. Easter lilies are usually white, but it could be a hybridized one. Here's a picture of one with some pink in it.

Anyone know what that last one is?

It's a Trumpet Lily. The Easter Lily is a form of Trumpet Lily.

Thought I would post this overly processed Rose of Sharon capture that I just took a few minutes ago. So far the General's been pretty much a wimp (only light showers on and off). It still amazes me how a little water makes a flower pop so well.

As the background story, Dad had me plant 4 of these trees in the Spring. As you can tell from the brown grass, it's been weeks since we had rain, so Lee's been, so far, a blessing at least here. It just amazes me how young these trees are and they still flower. :)

Rose of Sharon is gorgeous Lyle...I think I remember reading that it doesnt mind drought conditions...they grow well here with little or no rain...and become quite tall ..

One of my hobbies is growing hybrid show irises. Here's a couple of my favs and the last one is from the passion vine in my backyard.

I agree with Pauline; these are beautiful Drac; way too lazy myself to grow flowers like these. :)
