Thanks, Molly. Yes, I am from the south, born here but raised outside of Boston. I had a northern accent until I learned Spanish and began working as a translator. Somehow speaking Spanish in Alabama revived my southern accent, haha.

Anywho, naggobot's filters, I have him selected in the Additional filters, but he doesn't show up in the filter list. Any idea why?

Alabama was the first place that came to my mind. I can spot a southern accent away off, lol. even if I can Canadian.
Naggabot's filters show up in my GMIC. His filters are: simple noise canvas, morphology painting, Make squiggly and Smooth Sharpen

Nope. I refreshed. Unchecked, applied, refreshed, checked, applied, refreshed, still nothing. Hm.

I was having trouble with refreshing. Said it only partially worked. Took several tries but now I have those filters.

That link I put in the previous post is the one you want. All you have to do is download it and put it in your Windows system fonts

When i added the new filters i had to uncheck his name and then recheck it /hit apply and then refresh before it would add his filters.

Nixnine, I was wondering about the version you have of GMIC. Some of those newer thangs aren't in the versions below 1.5.0.1. I have 1.5.0.2. I couldn't get Tom Keil's metal until I installed the newest one. Just a thought.

That's a good idea Molly. Before you update filters you should update GMIC
I also found i had to manually remove GMIC before the 1.5.0.2 would install correctly.
You can not install over it, or so it seems.
